With the globalization, market-oriented and information era’s coming, the scope and depth of social competition is becoming more and more outspread. Many enterprises continue to work on staff’s efficiency and higher quality requirements in order to compete in an increasingly competitive environment to seek survival and development. But it also brought more and more job stress for the employees. As one of the nation’s important economic department, the bank have some characteristics, like strong integration, high requirements, heavy duty, and so on. So bankers often work under high stress. It not only brought a series of physiological problems to the staff, but also had a negative impact on the job satisfaction of employee.Based on these situations, the thesis chose the Dalian Commercial Bank employees as the investigated object, and do a questionnaire survey to collect information on Job Stress, Perceived Organizational Support and Job Satisfaction. With the help of SPSS 16.0, the author analyzed the relationship of variables with factor analysis (FA), correlation analysis, and regression analysis, and reached the corresponding conclusions in the end. The main conclusions include following aspects:(1)At present time, the overall level of the banker’s job stress in Dalian area is in the medium slant next level, and the level of job satisfaction is at the medium.(2)We can obtain that the job stress has a distinction between positive and negative, in which positive stress has a significantly positive correlation with Job Satisfaction, while negative stress and Job Satisfaction are significantly positive correlation. As the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Job Satisfaction, the three dimensions of organizational support and Job Satisfaction are significantly positive correlation. Both Job Stress and Perceived Organizational Support have an effect of certain prediction on Job Satisfaction.(3)We have verified that the Perceived Organizational Support has a mediating effect between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction by regression analysis.In this paper, the innovation is:choosing Bank staff as a research object to combine three variables of Job Stress, Perceived Organizational Support and Job Satisfaction to study, which has verified that the POS has a mediating effect between work stress and job satisfaction. At the same time, we proved that work stress has a distinction of positive and negative and then we continued to analyze the mediating effect of Perceived Organizational Support between work stress and Job Satisfaction.Through this study, we can know the work stress and job satisfaction condition of bank employees in Dalian. This article also proposed some targeted management measures from the perspective of organization to ensure that organization would take a reasonable distinction between the positive and negative pressure and control the negative pressure at the appropriate level, thus to improve the job satisfaction of staffs and ensure the harmonious and healthy development of organization.
