显性低酚棉是由单显性基因控制的无腺体性状,其应用于生产比双隐性无腺体基因具有更大的优越性:1)在杂交分离群体中识别容易,可以减少分离群体的样本容量,缩短该性状转移到不同背景中所需的世代数,加快育种进程;2)可防止隐性无腺体品系在大田生产中由于与有腺体棉的天然异交所造成的种子品质污染;3)在杂交制种中可作为标记性状——以显性无腺体的亲本作父本,F1幼苗凡是无腺体的必是杂交种,若是有腺体,则为假杂种,在苗期即可剔除。本研究采用以显性低酚棉为父本培育的显性低酚杂交棉为试验材料,通过对其产量优势、棉
