2009年10月至2010年6月间,从日照,青岛,威海等19个潮间带采集地点,共采集海藻样品92份,包括褐藻34份,红藻35份,绿藻23份,沉积物样品57份,共分离获得真菌菌株343个,鉴定出真菌63属。1.产孢真菌43属,包括子囊菌门5属(Chaetomium,Corollospora,Eucasphaeria,Plectosphaerella,Microascus);有丝孢菌物33属(Acremonium,Alternaria,Arthrinium,Aspergillus,Beauveria,Capnobotryella,Chrysosporium,Cladosporium,Dendryphiella,Dicyma,Doratomyces,Engyodontium,Epicoccum,Exophiala,Fusarium,Geomyces,Geotrichum,Gilmaniella,Hansfordia,Malbranchea,Moromyces,Paecilomyces,Penicillium,Phialophora,Pleurothecium,Sarcinomyces,Scolecobasidium,Scopulariopsis,Stachybotrys,Trichoderma,Trichothecium,Tritirachium,Wardomyces);担子菌门2属(wallemia,Sporisorium);接合菌门1属(Mucor);酵母2属(Candida,Sporobolomyces)。新种5个:Capnobotryella pachymenia KM Sun & W Li,Capnobotryella simplex KM Sun & W Li,Hansfordia laminariae KM Sun & W Li,Hansfordia sinuosa XL Cheng & W Li,Pleurothecium scolecobasidium KM Sun & W Li。新变种1个:Geomyces pannorum var. marina KM. Sun & W. Li, var. nov.。中国新记录属1个:Capnobotryella Sugiy。中国大陆新记录属1个:Sarcinomyces Lindner。中国新记录种5个:Arthrinium marii Larrondo & Calvo,Exophiala mesophila Listemann,Moromyces varius (Chatmala and Somrith.) Abdel-Wahab et al.,Phialophora europaea de Hoog,Sarcinomyces petricola Wollenzien & de Hoog。未定名种4个:Dicyma sp.,Gilmaniella sp.,Scopulariopsis sp.,Tritirachium sp.。2.基于ITS序列将88株不产孢真菌分为22属,包括:Alternaria,Aureobasidium,Cadophora,Capnodium,Curreya,Devriesia,Diaporthe,Emericellopsis,Epicoccum,Leptosphaeria,Lewia,Lophiostoma,Microsphaeropsis,Myxotrichum,Nigrospora,Paraphoma,Peyronellaea,Phaeosphaeria,Phaeosphaeriopsis,Phoma,Phomopsis,Pyrenochaeta。Alternaria和Epicoccum为产孢真菌共有属。此外,13个菌株未鉴定到属,其中,3个菌株(OUCMBIII091013,OUCMBI101095,OUCMBI101132)鉴定为Lophiostomataceae科;3个菌株(OUCMBIII101010,OUCMBIII101011,OUCMBI101087)鉴定为Montagnulaceae科;7个菌株(OUCMBI101029 ,OUCMBI101109 , OUCMBI101128 , OUCMBI101133 , OUCMBI101152 OUCMBI101101,OUCMBI101123)鉴定为Pleosporales目。这些菌株的分类地位有待进一步研究。3.初步分析了黄海山东沿岸潮间带真菌物种多样性,结果表明:a.藻生真菌48属,34属为海藻特有属(Aureobasidium,Beauveria,Cadophora,Capnobotryella , Capnodium , Curreya , Devriesia , Devriesia , Diaporthe ,Doratomyces,Epicoccum,Eucasphaeria,Fusarium,Geotrichum,Hansfordia,Lewia,Lophiostoma,Moromyces,Mucor,Myxotrichum,Nigrospora,Paraphoma,Peyronellaea,Phaeosphaeriopsis,Phomopsis,Plectosphaerella,Pyrenochaeta,Sarcinomyces,Scopulariopsis,Sporisorium,Trichoderma,Trichothecium,Wallemia);沉积物真菌29属,14属为沉积物特有属(Candida,Corollospora,Dicyma,Engyodontium , Exophiala , Malbranchea , Microascus , Microsphaeropsis ,Phaeosphaeria,Phialophora,Pleuthecium,Scolecobasidium,Sporobolomyces,Tritirachium以及Wardomyces);Acremonium,Alternaria,Arthrinium,Aspergillus,Chaetomiun,Chrysosporium,Cladosporium,Dendryphiella,Emeriricellopsis,Geomyces,Leptosphaeria,Paecilomyces,Phoma,Stachbotrys等14属是藻生真菌和沉积物真菌的共有属。b. Aremonium是所有藻生真菌中分布最广的属,除日照褐藻以及青岛绿藻外,其余各地点不同门海藻上均分离到Aremonium。Cladosporium和Alternaria是各地点褐藻上分布最广的一个属,所有地点褐藻上均分离到Cladosporium;除日照褐藻外,其余各地点褐藻均分离到Alternaria。红藻和绿藻上最高出现频率与最大相对丰富度真菌属随采样地点的不同而变化。c.各门藻生真菌的共有属为Acremonium,Alternaria,Chaetomium,Cladosporium,Doratomyce, Paecilomyces,Tichoderma。Alternaria是褐藻真菌中出现频率和相对丰富度最大的属;Cladosporium是红藻真菌中出现频率和相对丰富度最大的属;Trichoderma是绿藻真菌中出现频率和相对丰富度最大的属。各门海藻真菌属的数目:褐藻>红藻>绿藻。各门类海洋藻类上的真菌的总出现频率大小顺序为:褐藻>绿藻>红藻。d.沉积物真菌属的数目:威海>青岛>日照。Penicillium最为广泛,从日照,青岛,威海3个地点均分离到。日照地区分离到3属,相对丰富度相同;青岛地区分离到真菌16属,Penicillium相对丰富度最大,其次为Chrysosporium和Cladosporium;威海地区沉积物中分离真菌18属,Cladosporium相对丰富度最大,其次为Acremonium和Alternaria。
