簇毛麦(Haynaldia villosa L.2n=14, VV)为一年生异花授粉草本植物,是小麦的野生近缘物种,原产于地中海沿岸和高加索地区,对白粉病、锈病、眼斑病及梭条花叶病等多种病害都具有较高抗性,同时还有密穗多花、抗寒耐旱、籽粒蛋白质含量高等优良特性。小麦和簇毛麦远缘杂交后,通过细胞遗传学操作,在后代中选育双二倍体、异附加系、异代换系和易位系,有助于更好地在小麦遗传改良中利用簇毛麦的有益基因。异附加系和异代换系通常携带有完整的外源染色体,在细胞学上比较不稳定,也常会伴随不良性状,因此育种上
