As the development of the information technology and the knowledge economy time, knowledge and technology quickly update, skills of the staff can be expired, especially IT. Under this kind of situation, enterprises need to improve the quality of staff. Training as a means of improving the quality of the staff will undoubtedly be put on the agenda.But the traditional training way can’t satisfy the staff to renew the knowledge the demand, the staff distributes widely and their free time is short, and so on. The E-learning training system arises along with the Internet technology. These advantages to the enterprise has created new opportunities, such as knowledge updating quickly, without time restrictions. E-learning training system which focuses on training process, stimulates their desire to learn, enhance their core competitiveness, and promote the building of enterprise culture, training staff-to-business loyalty and meet the staff career planning have a positive effect.This system main characteristic is introducing the design of the E-learning and designing the system of the on-line training, on-line training examinations, on-line monitoring and management, distinguishes the former training system merely is a simple test system or on-line training. In the this system, increasing On-line discussion and FAQS, Message Platform, On-line help in order to discuss and test for the staff and Stimulate their desire to learn and learning initiative, so as to enhance the quality of staff and the enterprise benefit.The paper finally has carried on the summary and expectation to the over all of the system research and the design work, and has proposed several points and advice of own idea on the question which will need to solve and the next thorough research.
