The research on employee voice is a hot research field of management psychology in China in recent years, which has been the academic attention. Through the study of our enterprise employee voice content structure, demographic and organizational characteristics and the relationship of related outcome variables, it verify the most theoretical assumptions, and some useful conclusions are obtained. The results for our more systematic and in-depth understanding and solving the problem of employee voice has a certain reference value.This research mainly focuses on employee voice and its related factors from three aspects, and draws the following conclusion:Firstly, the study on the content structure of employee voice.Through the pre-test it develops the formal questionnaire, and then adopts confirmatory factor analysis method in structural equation model, the four-dimensional structure of exploratory factor analysis is verified. The results shows that the content structure of employee voice includes four dimensions, which is respectively four dimensions of learning advice, process advice, financial advice and customer advice.Secondly, the variance analysis of different demographic variables, histological features in each dimension of employee voice.The variance analysis results of different demographic,histological variables show that:(1)the significant differences between different gender of the employees in the various dimensions of employee voice don’t exist;(2)there were significant differences between different age of employee in the learning advice dimensions of employee voice,no significant difference in the other three dimensions;(3)there was significant differences between different education level of employee in the learning advice dimensions of employee voice, no significant difference in the other three dimensions;(4)there are significant differences between different working age of employee in the learning advice dimensions of employee voice,no significant difference in the other three dimensions;(5)the enterprise employees of different enterprise nature has significant differences in four dimensions of employee voice;(6)the enterprise employees of different position has significant differences in four dimensions of employee voice.Thirdly, the path analysis to explore the relationship between employee voice and management decision-making and organizational performance. The study results indicate that:(1)employee advice has a direct positive effect on group decision-making;(2)employee advice has a direct positive effect on individual decision-making;(3)the group decision-making has direct positive impact on organizational performance;(4)the individual decision-making has direct positive impact on organizational performance;(5)employee advice through the group decision-making and individual decision-making have indirect positive impact on organizational performance.
