制备了以β-环糊精为主体、甲基橙为客体的晶体包络物.通过元素分析.红外光谱、差热分析和X-射线粉末衍射分析等方法确定了包络物的形成.实验结果表明:β-环糊精与甲基橙形成摩尔比为2:1的包络物,甲基橙的两个苯环分别进入两个环糊精分子的疏水性空腔内,甲基橙—N=N—与环糊精的外沿的羚基形成氢键缔合,包络物的形成使甲基橙的相变行为发生变化.
A crystal envelop containing β-cyclodextrin as the main body and methyl orange as the guest was prepared. Through elemental analysis. Infrared spectroscopy, differential thermal analysis and X-ray powder diffraction analysis and other methods to determine the formation of envelop. The experimental results show that β-cyclodextrin forms a 2: 1 envelop with methyl orange and the two benzene rings of methyl orange enter the hydrophobic cavities of two cyclodextrin molecules respectively. The methyl The orange-N = N- hydrogen bond occurs with the giraffa of the outer ring of cyclodextrin, and the formation of the envelope changes the phase transition behavior of methyl orange.
