当前,我国国民经济建设中一个突出的问题是产品质量低。这一情况也同样存在于钢铁工业。因此,冶金工业部近年来始终把品种质量作为发展钢铁工业的战略重点。冶金部决定,在“七五”期间,要大力推进按国际标准组织生产,要建成460条按国际标准组织生产的生产线。由于企业领导和质量标准部门的重视,这一工作进展顺利。到1988年底,冶金产品的国际一般标准和国际先进标准(简称“双标”)的覆盖面已由1986年的30％提高到75％以上,
At present, one prominent problem in the construction of our national economy is the low quality of our products. This situation also exists in the steel industry.
