今年是军队体制编制调整改革期间军转干部安置工作的开局之年。做好军转安置工作,事关国家改革发展稳定的大局和军队体制编制调整改革的成败,对于加快推进社会主义现代化建设,全面建设小康社会,具有十分重要的意义。由于军转干部数量的增加,军转安置工作面临的矛盾和困难将更多,任务更艰巨。确保中央战略决策的顺利实施,努力做好军转安置工作,一个重要方面就是需要我们各级领导干部发挥主观能动性,因势利导,因地制宜,做好转化的文章。
This year marks the first year of the deployment of military cadres during the period of restructuring and reforming the military system. To do a good job in the military transfer and resettlement is a matter of the overall interest of the country in the reform, development, and stability, and the success or failure in formulating and adjusting the military system for reform. It is of great significance for accelerating the socialist modernization drive and for building an overall well-to-do society.
