目的研究新疆芍药Paeonia sinjiangensis干燥根茎的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS柱色谱法及RP-HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从新疆芍药干燥根茎80%乙醇提取物中分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为8-去苯甲酰基芍药苷(1)、4-O-正丁基芍药苷(2)、没食子酰基芍药苷(3)、4-O-甲基苯甲酰基芍药苷(4)、苯甲酰基白芍苷(5)、白芍苷R1(6)、9-O-butylpaeonidanin(7)、(Z)-(1S,5R)-β-pinen-10-ylβ-vicianoside(8)、没食子酸(9)、没食子酸甲酯(10)、没食子酸乙酯(11)、异香草酸(12)、6-羟基香豆素(13)、3,4,23-trihydroxy-24,30-dinorolean-12,20(29)-dien-28-oic acid(14)、palbinone(15)、cadina-4,11-dien-14-oic acid(16)。结论化合物16为首次从毛茛科中分离得到,化合物1~15为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of the dried rhizomes of Paeonia sinjiangensis in Xinjiang. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS column chromatography and RP-HPLC. The structures of compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Sixteen compounds were isolated from 80% ethanol extract from the dried rhizome of Paeonia lactiflora. They were identified as 8-benzoyl paeoniflorin (1), 4-O-n-butyl paeoniflorin (2), galloyl paeoniflorin (3); 4-O-methylbenzoyl paeoniflorin (4); benzoylparacoside (5); white peonyone R1 (6) (1S, 5R) -β-pinen-10-ylβ-vicianoside (8), gallic acid (9), methyl gallate (10), ethyl gallate (11), isovanillic acid Coumarin (13), 3,4,23-trihydroxy-24,30-dinorolean-12,20 (29) -dien-28-oic acid -14-oic acid (16). Conclusion Compound 16 was isolated from Ranunculaceae for the first time. Compounds 1 to 15 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
