板簧是汽车的主要部件之一,它除了承受有效载荷外,还要承受强烈的震动,所以板簧极易损坏。断裂板簧的修复,是当前迫切需要解决的问题。我公司对60Si2Mn弹簧钢板进行了一些焊接及热处理试验,解决了焊后裂纹、自淬硬组织和过热区碳的迁移等问题,使焊接板簧转入生产性试验。经近一年的生产考核,效果良好,已达到同类板簧的技术要求。板簧的化学成分及机械性能各种板簧的化学成分及机械性能见表1。
Leaf spring is one of the main components of the car, in addition to its payload, but also to withstand strong vibration, so the leaf spring can be easily damaged. The repair of the rupture plate spring is an urgent problem to be solved. Our company carried out some welding and heat treatment tests on 60Si2Mn spring steel to solve the problems of crack after welding, self-hardening hard tissue and carbon migration in overheated area, and so on, and made welding leaf spring into productive test. After nearly a year of production evaluation, the effect is good, has reached the technical requirements of similar leaf springs.
