9年来,在为1074例患者制作的1580件金属烤瓷冠修复体中,因瓷裂或瓷崩、冠脱落、牙折断等而致修复失败的共25例,失败率为1.6％。本文系对失败的原因进行分析和讨论,以提供临床参考。
In the past 15 years, a total of 25 cases with failed repair due to porcelain or porcelain collapse, crown detachment, and broken teeth were found in 1580 porcelain fused metal crown prostheses made for 1074 patients. The failure rate was 1.6%. This article analyzes and discusses the causes of failure to provide clinical reference.
