近年来,广西农垦糖业企业重视人才工程,培养和引进了不少人才,这在一定程度上解决企业人才短缺的问题。但从实际情况来看,企业还没有真正重视人力资源的开发和利用工作,大部分企业普遍存在人力资源总量过剩与结构性短缺并存的状况。如何盘活企业的人力资源,使得人尽其才,事得其人,人事相宜,从而增强企业的凝聚力和竞争力,这是值得我们探讨的课题。笔者就垦区糖业企业的实际,提出一些搞好人力资源管理的建议和对策。
In recent years, Guangxi Land Reclamation Sugar companies attach importance to human resources projects, training and the introduction of a lot of talent, which to some extent, solve the problem of shortage of business personnel. However, from the actual situation, the enterprises have not really paid attention to the development and utilization of human resources. Most enterprises are experiencing the coexistence of excess and structural shortage of human resources. How to make every effort to revitalize the human resources of enterprises so as to make the best use of them, to do the best for them and to make them suitable for their personnel so as to enhance the cohesion and competitiveness of the enterprises is a subject worth our exploration. The author of the actual situation of reclamation area sugar companies, put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to improve human resource management.
