消瘀片由丹参提取物和山楂提取物组成,为验证其组方的合理性,本文比较消瘀片及其组分对粥样硬化兔血清 LDL电泳迁移速率和血管壁组织中 ET-1 mRNA及 iNOS mRNA表达的影响。结果表明,消瘀片对抑制血管壁中 iNOS mRNA表达作用与其组分丹参提取物和山楂提取物相似,但对减慢血清LDL电泳迁移速率和抑制血管壁中ET-1 mRNA表达的作用明显增强,提示两者合用后对防治动脉粥样硬化可产生明显的协同效应。
Xiaoying Tablets consisted of Salvia miltiorrhiza extract and Hawthorn extract. The results showed that the effect of Xiaoyu Tablet on inhibiting the expression of iNOS mRNA in vascular wall was similar to that of Salvia miltiorrhiza extract and Hawthorn extract, but the effect of slowing down the electrophoretic migration rate of serum LDL and inhibiting the expression of ET-1 mRNA in vascular wall was significantly enhanced. , suggesting that the combination of the two can have a significant synergistic effect on the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.
