目前高职院校工商管理专业学生面临就业难,无技能,被动求职就业等问题,针对此问题,笔者从工商管理专业教学改革出发,建议引入创业教育,以创业精神、创业素质、创业能力的培养为抓手,加强理论与实践的结合,对工商管理专业教学资源进行整合,形成系统的创业型工商管理教学模式。 At present, the students majoring in business administration in higher vocational colleges are faced with such problems as employment difficulty, unskilled job and passive job-seeking and employment.
