一缘起:由讲座式培训遭遇的现实窘境引发的改变某镇中心校邀我给全镇的小学数学教师做一次讲座。我的讲座每次都能引发现场老师的共鸣和热议,原因大概是:我做讲座从不空谈理论,所针对的都是一线教师经常遇到但又困惑不解的问题,所以大家常常反映我讲的东西“接地气”、很实用、有启发性。讲过后我一般都会私下做些跟踪调研,但反馈回来的情况却往往使我备受打击。事实上,一旦返回自己的课堂,大多数老师的一缘起:由讲座式培训遭遇的现实窘境引发的改变
From the very beginning: the change caused by the real predicament encountered by lecture-style training A town center invites me to give a talk to the town’s primary school math teacher. My lectures each time can arouse the sympathy and hot discussion of the teachers in the field. The reason is probably: I have never talked about the theory of lectures, and are aimed at teachers who are often encountered but puzzled.
