软技能是现代企事业单位对人才的一项重要要求。笔者根据中职学生的心理特点及认知规律,在护理学基础课程中,利用不同的授课方式和考核办法,渗入职业软技能的培养,在培养学生的专业技术知识的同时,最大化地提高其软能力。结果证明学生沟通能力有所提高,增强了学生对于护士职业的认同和信心,有利于今后在临床执行优质护理,有利于护士个人职业生涯的发展。
Soft skills are an important requirement for talent in modern enterprises and institutions. Based on the psychological characteristics and cognitive rules of secondary vocational students, the author uses different teaching methods and assessment methods to infiltrate the cultivation of professional soft skills in the basic nursing courses, and at the same time, cultivate the students’ professional and technical knowledge and maximize the improvement Its soft power. The results prove that the students ’communication skills have been improved, which enhances students’ recognition and confidence in nurses ’occupations and is conducive to the future implementation of quality nursing in clinical practice, which is conducive to the development of nurses’ personal career.
