校长在处理变革时的领导风格有三种类型:响应者型、管理者型和发动者型。发动者型的校长在薄弱学校面临危机时,更善于开发多种资源,走特色发展之路,找到学校实现良性循环的突破口。
The principal style of leadership in dealing with change has three types: responder type, manager type and starter type. When a weak school is faced with a crisis, the principled schoolmaster is better at developing various resources and taking the path of distinctive development so as to find a breakthrough in achieving a virtuous circle in schools.
