针对电解铝厂节能降损的问题,设计了高温超导电缆整流系统的节能方案。为验证方案的可靠性,在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建了整流系统的模型,针对超导电缆整流机组并联运行的启停操作和故障情况进行仿真。结果显示超导电缆整流设备的各种启动(退出)过程不会对原系统正常运行造成影响,超导电缆故障时可安全退出配电系统,不会对系统造成冲击。最后根据仿真结果提出了超导电缆系统改造时的注意事项。
Aiming at the problem of energy saving and loss reduction in electrolytic aluminum plant, the energy saving scheme of high temperature superconducting cable rectifier system is designed. In order to verify the reliability of the scheme, a model of rectifier system was set up in PSCAD / EMTDC, and the start-stop operation and fault condition of superconducting cable rectifier unit were simulated. The results show that the various startup (exit) processes of the superconducting cable rectifier device will not affect the normal operation of the original system. When the superconducting cable fails, it can safely exit the power distribution system without any impact on the system. Finally, according to the simulation results put forward the superconducting cable system modification considerations.
