目的:观察田基黄水煎液对高脂血症模型大鼠动脉粥样硬化进程的影响。方法:将48只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为4组:正常对照组、模型对照组、辛伐他汀组、田基黄水煎液组,建立高脂血症大鼠模型,检测各组大鼠血脂、MCP-1、Lp-PLA2及MIF水平指标的变化。结果:田基黄水煎液组TC、TG、LDL-C、AI含量均有不同程度的降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),HDL-C含量升高(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,田基黄水煎液组MCP-1、Lp-PLA2及MIF含量均有不同程度的降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);与辛伐他汀组比较,田基黄水煎液组Lp-PLA2含量降低(P<0.05)。结论:田基黄水煎液对高脂血症模型大鼠动脉粥样硬化进程有抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Tianjihuang decoction on the process of atherosclerosis in hyperlipidemia model rats. Methods: Forty-eight Wistar male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control group, model control group, simvastatin group and Tianjihuang decoction group. Hyperlipidemia rat model was established, Changes of blood lipids, MCP-1, Lp-PLA2 and MIF levels. Results: The contents of TC, TG, LDL-C and AI in Tianjihuang decoction group were all decreased to different extents (P <0.01 or P <0.05) and HDL-C content was increased Compared with simvastatin group, the contents of MCP-1, Lp-PLA2 and MIF in Tianjihuang decoction group were decreased to some extent (P <0.01 or P <0.05) Lp-PLA2 decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Tianjihuang decoction can inhibit the progression of atherosclerosis in hyperlipidemic rats.
