以枸杞为试材,通过盆栽试验,调查了从枸杞根际和根表分离的褐球固氮菌和土壤红球菌2种固氮菌对枸杞生长发育和果实性状的影响,并对试验苗木的生长量、果实大小和生理生化指标进行测定。结果表明:褐球固氮菌的接种可促进游离脯氨酸在枸杞叶片内累积;褐球固氮菌和土壤红球菌的单一接种处理则可降低枸杞叶片中的丙二醛(MDA)含量;土壤红球菌的接种可以促进枸杞生长,增加枸杞叶片的叶绿素含量并提高枸杞果实平均单果重,较适宜于在枸杞栽培上应用;土壤红球菌和褐球固氮菌的混合接种没有表现出预期的协同作用。
Taking wolfberry as test material, the effects of two nitrogen-fixing bacteria, Azotobacter baumannii and Rhizoctonia solani isolated from the roots of rhizosphere and root of Lycium barbarum on the growth and fruit development of Lycium barbarum were studied by pot experiment. The growth of seedlings , Fruit size and physiological and biochemical indicators were measured. The results showed that inoculation with Azotobacter could promote the accumulation of free proline in leaves of Lycium barbarum L. Single inoculation with Azotobacter vinelandii and Rhodococcus rhodochrous decreased the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in Lycium barbarum leaves. Inoculation of cocci could promote the growth of wolfberry, increase the chlorophyll content of wolfberry leaves and increase the average fruit weight of wolfberry fruit, which is more suitable for the application of wolfberry cultivation. The mixed inoculation of Rhodococcus sp. And Azotobacter not showed the expected synergistic effect.
