目前某厂铸钢部(以下简称铸钢部)制造铸钢输心,存在气孔、虚松和断裂三种缺陷而以气孔和虚松较为严重。由於这些缺陷废品率竞达到40%~50%。 据我实地观察,初步推知其主要发生原因是: 1.冶炼时脱氧作用不够十分完全; 2.烘模时砂型和坭芯不够十分乾燥; 3.冒口断面面积嫌小,钢水凝固过早; 4.鐵胎内面有銹附着;塗料也不太好。
At present, the casting department of a steel plant (hereinafter referred to as the steel department) of a certain factory produces three kinds of defects, namely stomata, asperity and fracture, while the stomata and asperity are more serious. Because of these defective rejection rate reached 40% to 50%. According to my observations in the field, the main reasons for this are as follows: 1. The deoxidation effect in the smelting process is not very complete; 2. The sand mold and the choking core are not very dry during the baking process; 3. The area of the riser section is too small and the solidification of the molten steel is too early; 4. Tire inner rust attached; paint is not very good.
