用国产异构化酶在固定床中研究了D-葡萄糖与D-果糖异构化反应动力学。利用米氏方程测定了60~75℃下正、逆异构化反应的米氏常数、最大反应速度与各机理反应的活化能、指前因子以及相对的速度常数等实效动力学参数与酶中间物的离解常数。利用计算标准摩尔反应焓与预测反应初期产物浓度对测求的实效动力学参数给以验证,计算值与实验值取得很好的吻合。
Kinetics of isomerization of D-glucose and D-fructose were studied in a fixed bed using a domestic isomerase. The Michaelis-Menten equation was used to determine the Michaelis constant, the maximum reaction rate, the activation energy of each reaction, the pre-exponential factor and the relative velocity constants between the effective kinetic parameters and the enzyme intermediate Dissociation constant of matter. The calculated effective kinetic parameters were verified by calculating the standard molar enthalpy of reaction and the initial product concentration of the reaction. The calculated values agree well with the experimental values.
