目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀联合普罗布考对高脂血症合并颈动脉斑块患者的IMT、斑块面积及IL-6、TNF-α的影响作用。方法选择在我院接受治疗的196例高脂血症合并颈动脉斑块患者作为观察组研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组98例,选择同期在我院进行健康体检的40位健康人群作为健康对照组。其中对照组患者给予口服瑞舒伐他汀治疗,治疗组患者给予瑞舒伐他汀联合普罗布考治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后及其与健康对照组之间IMT、斑块面积以及IL-6、TNF-α之间的差异。结果观察组中对照组和治疗组患者治疗后颈动脉IMT、颈动脉内膜斑块面积与治疗前相比均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后与对照组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组中对照组和治疗组患者治疗前血浆IL-6、TNF-α与健康对照组相比均明显升高(P<0.05),治疗后两组患者IL-6、T N F-α与治疗前相比均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后与对照组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀与普罗布考联用在降低患者血脂水平、抑制炎症反应发生等环节的作用比单独应用他汀类降脂药物更为明显,从而可有效抑制高脂血症患者颈动脉斑块的增大,缩小斑块面积,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin combined with probucol on the IMT, plaque area, IL-6 and TNF-α in patients with hyperlipemia and carotid plaque. Methods A total of 196 patients with hyperlipidemia and carotid artery plaque received treatment in our hospital were selected as observation group and randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 98 cases in each group. Conclusion The combination of rosuvastatin and probucol can reduce the level of blood lipids and inhibit the inflammatory reaction more obviously than the statin lipid-lowering drugs alone, which can effectively inhibit the carotid plaque in patients with hyperlipidemia Of the increase, reduce the plaque area, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
