本文将虚拟接触载荷法进一步推广应用到机车轴箱轴承载荷分布的研究。采用分布形式的虚拟接触载荷模拟圆柱滚子与轴承外圈之间的接触力,研究有游隙和无游隙接触情况下轴承滚子与外圈接触区中的接触力分布规律,计算结果与已有数值解相符合。
In this paper, the virtual contact load method is further applied to the study of the load distribution of axlebox bearings. The contact force between the cylindrical roller and the bearing outer ring is simulated by the distribution of the virtual contact load to study the contact force distribution between the bearing roller and the outer ring in the case of clearance and no clearance contact. Numerical solution has been consistent.
