针对徐庄矿7332工作面材料道悬吊单轨吊顶板煤层软弱的不利条件,通过分析锚杆(索)悬吊单轨吊受力体系,采用控制悬吊杆体锚固段在顶板岩层中的位置和悬吊杆体预紧力,并利用悬吊杆体稳定套筒等附属,优化悬吊杆体承载状态。在7332材料道锚网索支护的基础上,应用锚杆锚索组合悬吊单轨吊的方式,由悬吊杆体锚固段与岩层作用,利用岩层与巷道支护相互作用将悬吊杆体荷载间接传递到整个巷道支护体系,实现巷道悬吊单轨吊的安全可靠,并在工业性实践中获得成功。
