形容好音乐,说是“余音绕梁,三日不绝”。一语道出了音乐的魅力与魔力。美食也是。《舌尖上的中国》导演陈晓卿说,好的食物能让心灵得到慰藉,而非简单的口舌之欢。仅仅满足食欲,是食物的最低层次。真正的美食,在饱了口福和肠胃之后,还应该让内心得到慰藉。连制作美食的过程也是如此。现在人们用煤气烧菜,总觉得没有柴火锅烧出来的香。一个原因就是煤气关了,热量就停了,不像柴火熄了,柴灰还热着这慢悠悠的热度,恰能把食物蕴藏的美味烘出来。
