从台站实施绩效工资情况出发,对绩效工资实施过程中的情况进行了分析,并提出了台站进一步完善绩效工资实施的一些原则要求和需要重点解决的问题。文章认为实施、改进和完善绩效工资制度,对于激发事业单位职工的工作热情,整体提高事业单位的组织绩效和服务水准,进一步完善社会公共服务体系具有十分重要的意义。
Starting from the implementation of performance pay at the station, the paper analyzes the situation during the implementation of performance pay and puts forward some principle requirements and some problems to be solved that the station further improves the performance pay. The article holds that implementing, improving and perfecting the performance pay system is of great significance to inspire the work enthusiasm of staff and workers, improve overall organizational performance and service standards, and further improve the social public service system.
