我院门诊麻醉药品使用情况分析

【摘要】目的：了解我院麻醉药品的使用情况，评价临床用药的合理性。方法：采用WHO推荐的限定日剂量（DDD）和药物利用指数（DUI）作为药物利用的评价单位，对我院门诊2010年7月至2010年12月开具麻醉药品名称、剂量、用法用量等进行统计和分析。结果：收集处方共1505张，药物的使用频度排在前3 位的分别是：芬太尼透皮贴剂、盐酸羟考酮控释片、硫酸吗啡缓释片。结论：我院麻醉药品处方的使用情况基本合
