目的 :解决纤维胆镜取石治疗胆管、胆囊结石常遇到的困难 ,探讨高能震波对体内结石爆破的安全性和实用性。方法 :在犬胆囊和小肠内放入固醇石、混合石和色素石 ,选择不同的冲击功率放电碎石。结果 :研究了人体体内 3种结石在一定能量下的冲击次数和能量的关系 ,确定不损伤胆囊和小肠内膜的能量安全阈值。在同样的冲击能量下 ,破碎固醇石、混合石和色素石所需的次数不同 ;固醇石所需的次数最少 ,混合石较多 ,色素石最多。结论 :病理检查表明 ,在冲击能量 <4.0J时 ,胆囊和小肠切片粘膜处 ,细胞膜轻度充血 ,出现小出血点。当冲击能量 >4.0J时 ,粘膜有脱落 ,膜下组织水肿。
OBJECTIVE: To solve the difficulties encountered in the treatment of bile duct stones and gallstones with fibrous cholecystolithiasis, and to explore the safety and practicability of high-energy shock waves on stone blasting in vivo.
