对高密度聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯共混体系的结晶动力学进行了研究,由差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测得的非等温的结晶温升曲线,分析研究共混比率对共结晶动力学参数(Avrami指数和活化能)的影响。实验发现,Avra-mi指数随着共混物组成的变化而有规律(从HDPE的Avrami值3到LLDPE的Avrami值2之间)地变化。同时,通过偏光显微镜以及激光小角散射等实验方法,对结晶聚合物的晶体形成形态进行观察。验证了对于全部共混组成结晶结构增长的相似性。另一方面,利用拉伸试验等手段,对共混物的力学性能进行了研究。
The crystallization kinetics of high density polyethylene (LLDPE) and linear low density polyethylene (LDPE) blends were studied. The non-isothermal crystallization temperature rise curve measured by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) Crystallization kinetic parameters (Avrami index and activation energy) influence. The Avra-mi index was experimentally found to vary regularly (from Avrami value 3 of HDPE to Avrami value 2 of LLDPE) as the blend composition changes. At the same time, the crystal formation morphology of the crystalline polymer was observed by polarized light microscopy and laser small angle scattering. The similarities were observed for the increase in the crystalline structure of the total blend composition. On the other hand, the mechanical properties of blends were studied by tensile test and other means.
