低温支架主要用于承受载荷及管线绝热保温,广泛应用于液化天然气接收站。根据LNG项目投产运营经验,码头、储罐以及火炬区域低温支架安装施工,是顺利接卸首艘LNG运输船基本条件。本文主要针对固定支架现场施工情况及安装施工进度进行具体分析及总结,从结构设计、供货计划以及组装方式等方面展开讨论,明确影响安装施工进度的因素,以便提前预防及全程控制。
Low-temperature support is mainly used to withstand the load and pipeline insulation, widely used in liquefied natural gas receiving stations. According to the commissioning and operation experience of LNG project, the installation of low-temperature support for the wharf, storage tank and torch area is the basic condition for the smooth handling of the first LNG carrier. This article mainly analyzes the construction situation of fixed support and the progress of installation and construction, analyzes and sums up the construction progress from the aspects of structure design, supply plan and assembly method, and clarifies the factors that affect the installation progress in order to prevent and control in advance.
