将194 例(200 眼)成熟期白内障分为白核组46 眼,棕核组154 眼,应用改良的乳化劈核技术行超声乳化手术。结果表明,白核组平均乳化能量为17.19% ,平均乳化时间为36.5s;棕核组为26.95% 和75s。术后裸眼视力≥0.5 的189 眼(94.5% ),≥1.0 的91 眼(45.5% )。并发症主要为术中后囊膜破坏20 眼,术后角膜水肿4 眼,前房渗出3 眼。提示采用改良的高负压低能量乳化劈核技术能对各种硬度的核进行分割且所用能量低、时间短,是成熟期白内障超声乳化手术的有效方法
194 eyes (200 eyes) of mature cataracts were divided into white nucleus group (46 eyes) and brown nucleus group (154 eyes). Phacoemulsification was performed by modified emulsified split nucleus pulposus. The results showed that the average energy of emulsification in the white nucleus group was 17.19%, the average emulsification time was 36.5s and the brown nucleus group was 26.95% and 75s. Postoperative uncorrected visual acuity ≥0.5 189 eyes (94.5%), ≥1.0 91 eyes (45.5%). The main complications were 20 cases of posterior capsule destruction, 4 cases of postoperative corneal edema, 3 cases of anterior chamber exudation. It is suggested that the improved high-vacuum and low-energy emulsification split nucleus can be used to segment all kinds of hardness nuclei with low energy and short time, which is an effective method for phacoemulsification in mature stage
