目的 探讨细胞离子代谢紊乱在肥胖儿童高血压发病中的作用。方法 测定 12 5例 (正常对照 37例 ,正常血压肥胖 34例 ,正常体重高血压 2 1例 ,高血压肥胖 33例 ) 12 16岁中学生的红细胞膜ATP酶活性、血浆和红细胞胞浆Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 水平。结果 正常血压肥胖组 (ONT)儿童红细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶和Ca2 + ATP酶活性较正常对照组 (NT)显著降低 ,正常体重高血压组 (NOHT)和高血压肥胖组 (OHT)两酶活性又显著低于ONT组。ONT组、NOHT组和OHT组红细胞胞浆Ca2 + 水平三组之间无显著差异 ,但均显著高于NT组。红细胞胞浆Mg2 + ,血浆Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 在NT组和ONT组之间无显著差异 ,在NOHT组和OHT组均显著降低。结论 红细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶和Ca2 + ATP酶活性降低可能在肥胖儿童高血压的发病机制中有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the role of cellular ion metabolism disorders in the pathogenesis of hypertension in obese children. Methods The erythrocyte membrane ATPase activity, plasma Ca2 + and plasma Ca2 + in plasma of 12 16-year-old middle school students were measured in 125 cases (37 cases of normal control, 34 cases of normal blood pressure and obesity, 21 cases of normal body weight and hypertension, 33 cases of hypertensive obesity) Mg2 + level. Results The activities of Na + K + ATPase and Ca2 + ATPase in erythrocyte membrane of normal blood pressure obese group (ONT) were significantly lower than those of normal control group (NT), and the activity of two enzymes in normal weight and hypertension group (NOHT) and hypertensive obesity group (OHT) Also significantly lower than the ONT group. There was no significant difference between the three groups in the level of cytoplasmic Ca2 + in ONT, NOHT and OHT groups, but significantly higher than those in NT group. Erythrocyte cytoplasmic Mg2 +, plasma Ca2 + and Mg2 + showed no significant difference between NT group and ONT group, but significantly decreased in NOHT group and OHT group. Conclusion The decrease of erythrocyte membrane Na + K + ATPase and Ca2 + ATPase activity may play an important role in the pathogenesis of hypertension in obese children.
