抗磨铸铁是铬系白口铸铁,其性能特点是具有较高硬度和一定韧性.随着合碳量增加,碳化物数量增多,硬度提高,韧性降低,使用中容易脆裂.因此,生产上必须控制合碳量.由于炉料成分难以保证一致,熔炼时冲天炉还产生增碳,导致产品中碳化物数量变化,性能难以保证.为了检验产品性能是否合格,常采用无缺口冲击试样测定冲击韧性和洛氏硬度值.但这一检测方法需要专用设备,且测定的数据受试样表面质量影响,特别是冲击韧性值,需对大量测试数据进行统计分析才能得到结果.针对这一情况,我们将自己研制的ZGW-1型钢铁材料智能无损检测仪对铬系抗磨铸铁进行性能测定试验,取得了较好效果.
