近年来,高科技信息技术的出现,在改变人们日常生活方式的同时,也推动了企事业单位人事档案信息化管理的进程。目前这种顺应时代进步与社会发展而出现的档案信息化管理技术和方式,已经逐渐成为各企事业单位进行档案管理的主流手段。基于此,针对人事档案信息化管理所面临的挑战课题进行了较为深入的研究,并结合笔者的自身工作经验,总结出了几点推进人事档案信息化管理的相关措施,以期对提升我国企事业单位人事档案管理整体水平有所裨益。 In recent years, the emergence of high-tech information technology, while changing people’s daily life style, has also promoted the process of information management of personnel files in enterprises and institutions. At present, the archival information management techniques and methods conforming to the progress of the times and social development have gradually become the mainstream means of archives management in all enterprises and institutions. Based on this, aiming at the challenges of information management of personnel files, a more in-depth study was carried out.
