目的：探讨用氩激光治疗视网膜脱离对侧眼底病变阻止双眼视网膜脱离。方法：对１８６例视网膜脱离术后的对侧眼托品酰胺散瞳，裂隙灯、三面镜详查玻璃体、视网膜。结果：发现５８眼周边视网膜有干性裂孔，其中８例为单眼，有６例已出现裂孔周围平脱，及时用氩激光进行封闭，随访６月～３年，除２例因外伤或某种原因再次出现新裂孔外，其余裂孔全部封闭良好。结论：用氩激光治疗视网膜脱离对侧眼底早期病变，能防止双眼视网膜脱离保护中心视力。
Objective: To investigate the use of argon laser treatment of retinal detachment contralateral fundus lesions prevent retinal detachment. Methods: 186 cases of retinal detachment after contralateral eye care goods mydriatic, slit lamp, three-mirror detailed examination of the vitreous, the retina. Results: 58 cases of peripheral retinal dry holes were found, of which 8 cases were monocular, 6 cases had periprosthetic detachment, and promptly closed with argon laser, followed up for 6 months to 3 years, except for 2 cases of trauma or a Re-emergence of the new hole, the rest of all the holes closed well. Conclusion: Argon laser treatment of retinal detachment contralateral fundus early lesions can prevent retinal detachment from protecting the center of vision.
