本调研报告主要对保护性耕作技术在抗旱之中的重要作用进行详细的总结。2008年入冬以来,我国北方小麦主产区出现严重干旱,旱灾范围之广、持续时间之长和小麦受旱面积之大为多年少有。为加强实施保护性耕作技术研究,提供保护性耕作技术保墒抗旱作用科学数据,郑州市农机局2009年2月就保护性耕作情况、在抗旱中所起的作用开展专项调研。调研组深入基层通过座谈会、走访和实地调查等形式对全市保护性耕作技术实施情况和在抗旱中所起的作用进行了深入调查,获得了第一手资料,通过整理分析写出调研报告,供参考。
This research report mainly summarizes the important role of conservation tillage technology in drought resistance. Since the beginning of winter in 2008, there have been serious droughts in the main wheat producing areas in the north of our country, with a wide range of droughts, long durations and large areas of drought-tolerant wheat. In order to strengthen the research on conservation tillage technology and provide scientific data on the effect of conservation tillage on soil moisture conservation and drought relief, Zhengzhou Agricultural Bureau made a special investigation on the role of conservation tillage in drought resistance in February 2009. The research team in-depth through grass-roots forums, visits and field surveys on the implementation of the city’s conservation tillage technology and its role in drought resistance conducted an in-depth investigation, access to first-hand information, through the analysis and write down research reports, for reference.
