Swatch是瑞士名表的典范,在它之前没有任何流行品牌可以在极短的时间内俘获全球手表爱好者的心。在Swatch不断发展壮大的过程中,企业层设计策略具有指导性的地位。文章主要从设计策略的层面分析Swatch是如何制定出有利于公司发展的,正确的设计策略,走出瑞士钟表行业的低谷。
Swatch is a model of Swiss watches, before it no popular brand can capture the hearts of watch enthusiasts around the world in a very short period of time. Swatch in the continuous development and expansion of the process, the design strategy of the enterprise layer has an instrumental position. The article mainly analyzes how Swatch formulates the correct design strategy in favor of the development of the company from the aspect of the design strategy and gets out of the trough of the Swiss watch industry.
