职业教育是我国教育的重要组成部分。但目前中等职业技术学校正面临日趋严峻的招生困境,正逐步走入生存难、发展难的夹缝。由于社会歧视偏见,招生困难,生源质量数量严重下滑。入学门槛一降再降,很多学校根本没有入学要求,只要能来就收。这直接导致学生整体素质的下降,招收的学生绝大多数文化程度低,学习习惯和学习能力较差,学生厌学等现象较为严重,使中职教师无法合理有序的组织教学。形成了恶性循环,很多学校都面临着关门倒闭的危险。这个问题解决不好,就会影响技能型人才的培养质量,影响职业学校的办学质量,进而影响企业产品的质量和在市场上的竞争力,甚至于影响整个社会的和谐稳定的发展。所以如何走出这一尴尬境地,寻求具有适合我国国情的职业教育之路是迫在眉睫的问题。

However, at present, secondary vocational and technical schools are facing an increasingly serious dilemma of enrollment, and are gradually entering the gap between survival and development difficulties. Due to social discrimination prejudice, enrollment difficulties, the quality of students a serious decline in the quality. Admission threshold dropped lower and lower, many schools have no entry requirements, as long as they can come on the income. This directly leads to the overall quality of students decline, the vast majority of students enrolled in a low degree of education, learning habits and learning ability is poor, students are more tired of learning and other phenomena, so that secondary vocational teachers can not be reasonable and orderly organization and teaching. A vicious circle has taken shape and many schools are at risk of closing down. If this problem is not solved well, it will affect the training quality of skilled personnel, affect the quality of running schools in vocational schools, further affect the quality of products and market competitiveness of enterprises, and even affect the harmonious and stable development of the entire society. So how to get out of this embarrassing situation and seek a way of vocational education that suits our own national conditions is an urgent issue.
