[目的]了解蔗扁蛾幼虫在甘蔗上的生物学特性。[方法]通过不同寄主对蔗扁蛾幼虫的饲养试验,观察并对比分析蔗扁蛾幼虫在甘蔗上的生物学特性。[结果]甘蔗饲养蔗扁蛾幼虫死亡率高于马铃薯饲养,幼虫为8龄,幼虫发育历期比马铃薯饲养的高出34.6d,完成1个世代平均需要98.8d。从幼虫头宽、体长和体重的观测值来看,甘蔗饲养的蔗扁蛾幼虫基本符合幼虫生长发育规律。[结论]研究结果为制定蔗扁蛾的有效防控措施,保证甘蔗的安全生产提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to understand the biological characteristics of sugarcane larvae on sugarcane. [Method] The feeding experiment of larvae of sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum) was carried out by different hosts, and the biological characteristics of the larvae of Sugarcina lata were observed and compared. [Result] Larvae fed on sugarcane had higher larval mortality than that of potato. The larvae were 8 years old. The larvae developed 34.6 days longer than the potato and 98.8 days after one generation. From larval head width, body length and weight observations, sugarcane larvae fed on sugarcane larvae basically in line with larval growth and development. [Conclusion] The results provided a theoretical basis for the effective prevention and control measures of sugarcane moth and the guarantee of safe production of sugarcane.
