目的研究阴道毛滴虫滋养体分泌型抗原,为阴道毛滴虫免疫诊断寻找特异性抗原。方法用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)和免疫移印迹(Western blot)方法,对阴道毛滴虫分泌型抗原进行分析。结果SDS-PAGE分离出9条蛋白带,分子质量单位为15.8~91.2ku,其中主带5条;Western blot显示7条带,在17.0和37.2ku处有2条带缺失。结论阴道毛滴虫分泌型抗原9条蛋白带中,有7条蛋白带特异性免疫反应较强,有望成为阴道毛滴虫免疫诊断的候选抗原。
Objective To study the secretory antigen of trophozoites of Trichomonas vaginalis and to find the specific antigen for immunodiagnosis of Trichomonas vaginalis. Methods The secretory antigens of Trichomonas vaginalis were analyzed by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and immunoblotting (Western blot). Results Nine protein bands were separated by SDS-PAGE. The molecular mass units were 15.8-91.2ku, of which 5 were major bands. Western blot showed 7 bands with two deletion at 17.0 and 37.2ku. Conclusion Among the 9 protein bands of Trichomonas vaginalis secreted antigen, 7 protein bands have strong specific immunoreactivity and are expected to be candidate antigens for immunodiagnosis of Trichomonas vaginalis.
