目前,国产ZL系列装载机大都采用钳盘式车轮制动器和双管路气压液压式制动传动机构,这种制动系统具有结构紧凑、制动平稳、工作可靠、操纵轻便等优点。但常常因制动器工作温度过高,致使摩擦片的摩擦系数大大下降,制动力矩减小。严重时会使摩擦片表面变质,甚至烧焦,产生热衰退现象,制动可靠性变差,摩擦副的磨损加剧,寿命缩短。笔者认为,ZL系列装载机制动器工作温度过高的主要原因有以下几方面。

This brake system has the advantages of compact structure, stable braking, reliable operation and light operation. But often because of the brake operating temperature is too high, resulting in the friction coefficient of the friction plate is greatly reduced, reducing the braking torque. In severe cases, the surface of the friction plate will be deteriorated and even burned, resulting in the phenomenon of heat decay, the deteriorated braking reliability, the increased wear of the friction pair and the shortened service life. The author believes that ZL series loader brake operating temperature is too high for the following reasons.
