门诊药房的处方多集中在上午10点到下午1点,因此该时间内应采取具体措施减少患者等药时间。人们常说,医院诊疗才3分钟,而等候时间却花3小时。患者对候诊尚可忍耐,而对等药常不耐烦。本文作者所在医院1976年曾调查地区居民对医院的不满意见,从而企图由此提出改进措施。其中等药时间作为首要问题进行探讨,并提出以下措施:1)门诊高峰时间,使门诊配药室以外的药房人员都集中到门诊发药;2)对发药室内各项工作加以调整和分散,目的为了勿使处方积压;3)书写药袋、秤重、分包、检查等各种操作人员不宜固定,以便彼此替换;4)抽查等药时间,立即采取相应措施。
The prescriptions for outpatient pharmacies are mostly concentrated between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm, so specific measures should be taken to reduce the waiting time for patients. It is often said that hospitals only have 3 minutes of treatment, but waiting time takes 3 hours. Patients are tolerant of waiting time, while reciprocal drugs are often impatient. The hospital where the author of the article was located investigated the dissatisfaction of the residents of the district with the hospital in 1976, and thus attempted to propose improvement measures. Among them, the waiting time is considered as the primary issue, and the following measures are proposed: 1) At the peak hours of the out-patient clinic, pharmacy personnel outside the out-patient drug dispensing room are concentrated in out-patient drug dispensing; 2) Various tasks in the drug-dotting room are adjusted and dispersed. The purpose is not to make the prescription backlog; 3) The writing of medicine bags, weighing, subcontracting, inspection and other operators should not be fixed in order to replace each other; 4) spot checks and other drug time, immediately take appropriate measures.
