我们根据电机控制的原理 ,为数字电机控制设计了芯片。微处理器采用在一个机器周期完成一条指令、四级流水的 DSP内核 ;在数字电机控制模块 (PWM模块 )中 ,设计了包括 :产生控制数字电机的 PWM电路 ,控制避免上下路同时导通的死区发生电路 ,用于反馈电机转子的位置和速度信息的捕获单元 ;设计了 SPI(串行同步通讯 )、SCI(串行异步通讯 ) ,和 A/ D转换器。
According to the principle of motor control, we designed the chip for digital motor control. The microprocessor uses a DSP core that executes one instruction and four stages of water flow in one machine cycle. In the digital motor control module (PWM module), a microprocessor circuit is designed which includes a PWM circuit for controlling a digital motor and a control circuit for avoiding simultaneous turn-on and turn- A dead-zone generation circuit, a capture unit for feeding back the position and speed information of the motor rotor, and SPI (Serial Synchronous Communication), SCI (Serial Asynchronous Communication), and A / D converter are designed.
