撒哈拉清风送爽,尼罗河碧波荡漾在中苏建交50周年暨苏丹石油项目投产10周年的喜庆日子里,当地时间2009年11月16日,苏丹人民迎来了尊贵的客人、友好的使者——由中共中央政治局常委、中央政法委书记周永康率领的中共代表团。友好访问和庆祝活动的时间虽然短暂,但中苏石油合作不断深化拓展,中苏两国人民的友谊更加牢固中苏石油合作实现了互利双赢。合作开发的1/2/4区项目已累计生产原油1亿多吨,为苏丹经济发展贡献了数百亿美元。双方合建的喀土穆炼厂产能已达到500万吨,成为了中国石油在非洲的标志性工程和形象工程如今,喀土穆炼厂生产的成品油不仅满足苏丹国内供应,还出口周边国家目前,中苏上游石油合作项目现已发展到5个,预计今年的原油作业产量将达到2600万吨。石油的开发,给苏丹共和国带来了繁荣,给苏丹人民带来了福祉。苏丹已由联合国确定的10个最不发达国家之一,跨入了非洲富国行列,经济增长速度达到6%以上,位居非洲之首。

Khartoum refinery capacity of both sides reached 5 million tons, becoming China’s oil in Africa’s landmark project and the image of the project now, Khartoum refinery oil production not only to meet the Sudanese domestic supply, but also the export of neighboring countries At present, the Sino-Soviet upstream oil cooperation project has now developed to five, is expected this year’s crude oil operations will reach 26 million tons. The oil development brought prosperity to the Republic of the Sudan and brought good fortune to the people of the Sudan. As one of the 10 least developed countries established by the United Nations, Sudan has stepped into the ranks of rich countries in Africa and its economic growth rate has reached more than 6%, ranking the first in Africa.
