为了减少突出煤矿的安全隐患,提出了智能防爆应急风门系统的慨念;介绍了设备安设地点和工作原理;分析了矿井全风压E点的通风变化情况,风路BE的判别式,不设应急风门系统的安全隐患;通过案例分析,得出了发生小型突出时,应急风门系统不仅能有效的利用矿井主风机风压,还能阻止突出瓦斯逆向,也能安全调控瓦斯浓度在爆炸界限之外经回风巷安全的排出至地面,还能防止瓦斯燃烧时火焰在巷道中蔓延,有利于节约排瓦斯的时间,更有利于安全救灾避灾,以减少突出后的次生灾害发生,智能防爆应急风门系统设计具有可行性。
In order to reduce the potential safety hazard of coal mines, the author put forward the concept of intelligent explosion-proof emergency damper system. The installation location and working principle of the equipment were introduced. The ventilation variation at point E of the mine pressure and the discriminant of wind tunnel BE were analyzed.
