本文主要介绍一种新开发的基于双气缸转子式压缩机的容量控制技术,通过特殊四通阀与管路的组合连接来实现对双气缸转子式压缩机的吸排气管路的控制,完成两气缸串联压缩或者并联压缩,最后输出单个气缸或者两个气缸排气量,达到压缩机容量控制的目的。新开发的容量控制方式已在压缩机和空调系统的试验中进行了验证,并取得了较好的试验结果。新型转子式变容量压缩机具有高效节能(在小排量运转时可使空调COP提高0.25~0.8W/W)、运转平稳、可靠性好等特点。
This paper introduces a newly developed capacity control technology based on double cylinder rotary compressor, through a special combination of four-way valve and the pipeline connected to achieve dual-cylinder rotor compressor suction and exhaust pipe control to complete the two cylinders Inline or parallel compression, the final output of a single cylinder or two cylinder displacement, to achieve the purpose of compressor capacity control. The newly developed capacity control method has been verified in the compressor and air conditioning system tests and achieved good results. The new rotor-type variable capacity compressor with high efficiency and energy saving (in small displacement operation can improve air conditioning COP 0.25 ~ 0.8W / W), smooth operation, good reliability and so on.
