采用沙土鼠20只,随机分为两组,夹闭双侧颈总动脉致前脑缺血后再灌流性脑损伤。两组均于右侧大脑皮质体感区注入2.5%HRP20μl。实验组动物腹腔注射蚓激酶10μl,而对照组动物腹腔注射生理盐水10μl。心脏灌流固定,取材、冰冻切片,行TMB法呈色反应,光镜下观察。结果表明:实验组10例126张切片中丘脑标记细胞总数为1885个,平均14.96个。对照组10例中126张切片中丘脑内标记细胞总数为502个,平均为3.99个。两组均为丘脑外侧核群标记细胞数量最多。
Twenty gerbils were used and randomly divided into two groups. The bilateral common carotid arteries were occluded and reperfusion brain injury caused by forebrain ischemia. Both groups were injected with 2.5% HRP 20μl in the right cerebral cortex somatosensory area. In the experimental group, 10μl of lumbrokinase was injected intraperitoneally, while in the control group, 10μl of saline was injected intraperitoneally. Cardiac perfusion fixed, drawn, frozen sections, line TMB color reaction, light microscopy. The results showed that in the experimental group, the total number of labeled cells in 126 slices in 10 cases was 1885, with an average of 14.96. In the control group, the total number of labeled cells in the thalamus in 126 of the 10 cases was 502, with an average of 3.99. Both groups had the largest number of labeled cells in lateral thalamic nuclei.
