第五部分为对当前及今后专业艺术教育改革的具体建议。第一至第四部分,则阐述了专业艺术教育的特性;我国高等专业艺术教育的历史回顾;当前专业艺术教育的三大缺憾;并分析了产生缺憾的种种原因,从而为改革思考提供了理由和目标。文化部教育司陶纯孝司长在《艺术教育》1997年第5期中撰文指出:“面对21世纪对人才的要求和教育改革的目的,我们必须正视艺术院校学生文化素质差的现状,必须对一些曾出台的在当时历史条件下是改革的措施进行一次重新思考和讨论”。这就是本文的出发点。
The fifth part is the concrete proposal for the present and future professional art education reform. From the first to the fourth part, the characteristics of professional art education are elaborated; the historical review of the art education of higher professional education in our country; the three defects of the current professional art education; and the reasons for the shortcomings are analyzed, which provides the reasons for reforming the thinking And goal. In his article “Art Education”, No. 5, 1997, the director of Education Department of Ministry of Culture pointed out: “In the face of the requirements of talents in the 21st century and the purpose of education reform, we must face up to the current situation of poor cultural quality of art academies and universities. Rethink and discuss some measures that were introduced at the time under the historical conditions of the reform. ” This is the starting point of this article.
